• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Company-Initiated Cancellation: For unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather/safety), we may reschedule or cancel and provide a full refund or alternatives.

We are committed to preventing fraud. We may request identity verification and reserve the right to refuse services if fraudulent activity is suspected. Unauthorized payments or chargebacks may result in further action.

• Data Collection: We collect personal information solely for booking, service provision, and marketing (with consent).
• Data Usage: Used to deliver services, improve experiences, and provide relevant offers, with client consent.
• Data Security: We implement secure storage and share data only with trusted partners as needed to deliver services.
